There’s no better demonstration of Sunways’ deep commitment to the South-America market than opening a sales and service center in Campinas, Brazil. Brazil is one of the biggest and energetic solar markets in the world, and it has been ranked as one of the top 5 solar markets in the world for consecutive years. To strengthen sales and after-sales services and react to local customers’ requests in a timely fashion, Sunways has set up its sales & service center in Brazil to further strengthen its presence in the South American markets and offers a wide range of services to a great number of customers.
The establishment of the sales and service center shortens the distance between Sunways and our customers by providing local language speaking technicians and no time difference response. From the 1st of October, Sunways well-trained Brazilian team will be able to provide a series of convenient and comprehensive services including pre-sales consultancy, technical support and troubleshooting, and project development, etc. And these excellent services will be available round-the-clock, which will greatly improve the service experience that customers ever had before.

We plan to set up two more sales & service centers in the northeast and south of Brazil in 2022 to provide customers with faster repairing service.” said Carlos Trotta, Sales Manager for Brazil and Latin America.
