About Sunways

Founded in Konstanz, Germany in 1993, Sunways is a technology-driven enterprise focused on the R&D, manufacturing, and global distribution of inverters.
In 2018, the company received strategic reinvestment from the China’s Puze Group, leading to the official establishment of Ningbo Sunways Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Today, our global headquarters and core manufacturing base are located in Ningbo, China. We also operate two regional centers—one in Frankfurt, Germany, and one in Suzhou, China—supported by service hubs and branch offices in more than ten countries worldwide.

Our main product portfolio includes grid-tied solar inverters, hybrid inverters, energy storage batteries, energy management systems (EMS), and related accessories.

After years of steady growth, Sunways’s products are now sold in over 60 countries and regions across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. Shipments to the European market account for more than 50% of our total global sales volume.

All core products have obtained authoritative certifications, conforming to the standards of China, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Poland, Austria, Belgium, Australia, Brazil, India, Thailand, South Africa, and many other countries.
